Since we’ve opened, we’ve been dedicated to changing the lives of people one person at a time, through martial arts, education and coaching. We strive to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for all students and family members. We take pride in creating an environment for individuals to achieve, develop and succeed in their personal goals.
We strongly believe that martial arts can be for everyone, regardless of age, gender or experience levels. Throughout all of our programs, students will not only learn the necessary skill sets to protect themselves, we stand behind our realistic and practical approach, confident it will enable every member to achieve greatness and live their best life..
Get To Know Our World Class Instructors
Mason Franks
Mr. Franks is a 4th Degree Black Belt and has been training in Martial Arts since he was 9 years old. Mr. Franks has been an instructor for over 8 years at multiple schools! Mr. Franks is also a multi-time competition champion! He has won multiple State, and District titles in the ATA and has competed for the Title of WORLD CHAMPION multiple times! Mr. Franks also competes on a team called A-3 for sparring and combat and A-3 finished 2nd in the National Championship for Combat sparring in 2019!!! Mr. Franks loves teaching Taekwondo and helping kids find their passion and joy in the marital art as well. He also is very fitness orientated and has help many people get active and get FIT over the years!!!
Kait Carlin
Ms. Kait is a 3rd Degree Black Belt and has been training in Martial Arts since she was 7 years old! Ms. Kait has been an instructor for over 3 years and is currently one of the Head instructors for Impact Martial Arts. Ms. Kait is highly decorated Martial Artist competed in over 100 Tournaments!!! Ms. Kait loves to be around the students in the Taekwondo school and greatly enjoys working with out ATA Tigers program! Ms. Kait builds excellent relationships with the students to make them as comfortable as possible and make them feel extremely welcomed at our school!
Keith Crowl
Mr. Crowl is also a 3rd Degree Black Belt in taekwondo and has been training in multiple martial art disciplines for over 20 years! Currently, Mr. Crowl instructs our Krav Maga program and has had years of training and certifications for that program. Mr. Crowl loves to roll around and get engaged with his Krav Classes. He is excellent at adapting to all different types of students and making sure they all understand everything. Mr. Crowl also loves to spend time with his family, his 4 children all do Taekwondo and his wife runs an after school program.
